DESCRIPTION



The Apollo mixflow evaporator can concentrate 10 t/h of infeed product (from 4.5 to 9-10° brix), extracting 45 t/h of evaporated water. The product thus obtained may be used as it is, or concentrated until obtaining the wished residue, by means of traditional multi-effect forced circulation plants.
Due to its special characteristics, the Apollo evaporator today represents the best technology to develop a first-rate concentration process with a high energy recovery of heat-sensitive products - both fibrous (like hot and cold break tomato juice or citrus fruits) and clear (like fruit juices, milk and other dairy products).

  • Filling chamber and sterilization pre-chamber operating at pressures higher than atmospheric one allow the filling of products with pH < 4.5 without the use of chemical agent.

  • 2-inches full passage doser: ideal for high capacities and for filling fruit/tomato products containing dices.
  • Newly-designed sealing head: the patented sealing head ensures a simple and quick replacement as well as extremely reduced fouling phenomena of the lower surface in contact with the cap.

  • Vertical bag filling: weight accuracy and no mechanical stress on the bag during filling.
